Analysis:
Jamal is a long, athletic guard.  He's quick and has good ball handling skills.  He is able to use his long arms to adjust in mid air and often finishes with acrobatic moves.  He's at his best in transition, but also effective in the half court.  Not suprisingly, he's a good rebounder for a guard.  He needs to develop a better jump shot to round out his game.

Game Analysis:

Eastern Invitational Session 2 NBA Underclassmen All Star

Philly USA All-City Basketball Classic (6/2/06)

Neumann will certainly feel some impact from the graduation of DJ Rivera and Earl Pettis, but that impact will be lessened with talented Jamal Wilson waiting in the wings.  Jamal is a very quick guard who plays well in transition.  He is a good ball handler and can get to the hoop in the half court as well.  He is very good at using his long arms to adjust his shot in mid air and thus is a master of acrobatic finishes.  In this game, all of those skills were on display.
