For this installment of InsiderTV - Recruit Recon, we traveled to Our Lady of Mount Carmel High School in Maryland, to meet up with point guard Troy Franklin. 

Troy is a 2008 commit of Towson University.  We had a chance to sit down and interview Troy.  Following the interview we were able to get some footage of Troy shooting around and at his teams practice.
