Towson Catholic senior forward Brandon Greene is a kid who just flat out produces.  At 6-6 he is undersized to play in the post, but he makes up for this with quick feet and toughness.

Brandon works hard on the boards and often out rebounds taller players by using his body well to gain position in the paint.  He also possesses some quick moves in the post including a spin move. 

Another thing Brandon excels at is finishing around the hoop.  He can score in traffic with contact and can finish with either hand.  He also has good hands allowing him to catch tough passes.

At first glance you might not notice Brandon’s athleticism, but he can definitely make some athletic plays.  When we have watched him, he has thrown down an alley-oop dunk and blocked numerous shots, showcasing his leaping ability.

There are a few things Brandon needs to work on.  His ball handling could improve along with his quickness.  He could also benefit from increasing his jump shot range.  Brandon is a solid prospect as an undersized power forward but he could be an even better prospect if he increased his wing skills.

Right now Brandon is receiving interest from a number of mid level schools, mostly on the east coast.  His list includes Robert Morris, Stony Brook, Mount St. Mary’s, Akron, Loyola (MD), Towson and UMBC.  Brandon would be a nice pick up for any one of these schools.
