York Dispatch: In somewhat of a surprise, the college basketball recruiting trail ended at the same place for Eastern York's talented duo of Andrew Nicholas and Austin Tillotson.

After weighing offers from a number of NCAA Division I colleges, the seniors-to-be made verbal commitments on Monday to the same college: Monmouth University.

The New Jersey school is a member of the Northeast Conference. The Hawks were 12-19 overall last season, including a 8-10 mark in the NEC.

Nicholas and Tillotson didn't start out with the intent of staying together in college. However, the two close friends found what they were looking for -- in the same place.
