Niagara Gazette: Philadelphia can always be counted on to produce a good crop of basketball recruits every year, but this year’s senior class is considered to be stronger the most.

No surprise that Niagara coach Joe Mihalich is once again tapping his former hometown for talent, with help from Philly-familiar assistants Phil Martelli Jr. and Kyle Neptune.

Juan’ya Green and Ameen Tanksley, AAU teammates and standout guards for two of the top programs in the City of Brotherly Love, both confirmed Thursday that they have given verbal commitments to sign with Niagara in November after visiting campus this past weekend.
