ImageAtlanta Journal-Constitution: Curtis Washington , a 6-10, 245-pound forward from USC,  has transferred to Georgia State.

Washington redshirted last year after having surgery last August to repair a torn left labrum.

Washington didn’t play much for the Trojans, totaling 11 minutes his freshman year. He averaged 8 points and 4 rebounds as a junior and 8 points and 7.6 assists his senior year in Elizabethtown High School in Kentucky.

“I am very excited to be able to add a player of Curtis’ talent to our squad,” coach Ron Hunter said in a statement. “He adds depth to our low post presence and fits the style of basketball that we like to play.
