Now that the grassroots circuit is over and prospects begin to narrow their lists of schools down, we thought it would be a perfect time to update our 2013 Recruit Recon Top 100.

Our last update in March featured Jabari Parker as the top player in the class and despite being hampered by injuries he showcased a skill set that many in the class don't possess. At this same time last year the number two ranked player in the rankings Julius Randle held the top spot. Randle arguably had the best spring/summer out of the two top prospects, but as we project the two to the next level, we feel that Parker is the type of prospect that can make an average team a contender.

Coming in at number three was Aaron Gordon. To heck with the fact that he did not play the majority of the grassroots circuit, his play prior to the injuries and his dominant 2012 campaign tells us all we need to know. Andrew Harrison came in at the number four spot followed by James Young at the number five spot.

All evaluations and rankings are provided by N.D. Kendrick based on skill set measuring and statistical analysis. N.D. Kendrick’s player rankings are based on Division I potential and are a result of personal observations along with interactions with scouts, players, and coaches. Since all rankings are based on Division I potential, no information is meant to be indicators for individual honor or awards. Individual prospects will move up or down in the rankings over a period of time. All information serves as a resource and is opinion based.
