Phoenix lands second Little Chute senior in Lowe
Thursday, 04 October 2012
ImageGreen Bay Press Gazette: It’s less than 25 miles from Little Chute High School to Green Bay, and it didn’t take long for University of Wisconsin-Green Bay men’s basketball coach Brian Wardle to build a pipeline.

For the second time in three months, Wardle has landed a commitment from a Little Chute senior. Forward Kenneth Lowe committed to the Phoenix on Saturday morning during a campus visit.

That came after teammate Turner Botz committed to UWGB in June.

Wardle can’t comment on either player until they sign their letters of intent in November, but it’s clear he wanted to keep both players close to home.

“Turner and Kenneth have been playing together for a long time,” Little Chute coach Mickey Martin said. “Certainly, it’s a unique situation. I would hope they can continue to build upon what Coach Wardle has started at Green Bay. I’ve been impressed through the entire recruiting process.”
