State College: Penn State filled its 2013 recruiting class Monday morning as 6-foot, 170-pound point guard Graham Woodward verbally committed to the Nittany Lions.
The announcement was made via Woodward's Twitter page. Woodward, from Edina, Minn., held offers from more than 10 schools, including Gonzaga, Washington State, Dayton, Drake and Vermont.
For the Nittany Lions, Woodward is the fourth verbal commitment in the 2013 class, filling all available scholarships at this time. Woodward's commitment comes only days after D.C. small forward Josh Hart committed to Villanova over Penn State and Rutgers.
Woodward will join Shaler, Pa., guard Geno Thorpe, Orange Lutheran High School Calif., forward Payton Banks and Germantown Academy center Julian Moore on campus next season.
