Nigel Hayes opts for the Badgers
Monday, 12 November 2012

ImageRantSports: The Wisconsin Badgers secured their first victory in the Big Ten this season when big time recruit Nigel Hayes committed to the Badgers over Ohio State.

Hayes, a 2013 recruit, is a 6’7” power forward from Whitmer High School in Toledo, Ohio.
His versatility might be what is most appealing to Bo Ryan and many other coaches.  Hayes will fit into Ryan’s system because he is a hard worker and understands the game.

Hayes can run the floor or post up inside, making him a defensive nightmare for any opponent.  Not only can he catch and shoot, but he has the speed and athleticism to score off of the dribble.  Ryan will have no problem finding a spot for him within the system.
