The live period has nearly come to a conclusion, but one more strong session of the Hoop Group Elite Camp still remains. CAA Insider was on hand for opening night. Here is a look at some of the top players from Monday's action.

Adam Johnson (2009, 6-6 SF)
This forward was very impressive. Adam has a solid build and a great skill set to go along with it. He opened up by showing his ability to play inside. He banked home a shot and scored another basket inside. He also had several put backs. Adam can really makes some plays from the outside too. He handles the ball well and can get to the rim. He had a drive and an explosive dunk. He grabbed several rebounds and looked to push the ball often afterwards. Adam made several fine passes in this contest as well. He hit a jumper, but also shot an airball. His form could certainly use improvement. Adam proved to be very talented though.

Jakarri McCallop (2009, 6-5 SF)
Jakarri proved to be a versatile forward. From the outside, he hit a three pointer and pull up jumper. He ran the floor, can handle the ball and even posted up. On the inside, Jakarri had a couple put backs, but was inconsistent finishing around the hoop. He showed good hands though as he crashed the boards.

Will Wise (2011, 6-7 PF)
The Class of 2011 is loaded with talent in the Philadelphia area. Will is a massive post player. Despite being so young, he showed an impressive all around game. He displayed an array of post moves, including a hook shot. He moves well inside and can change directions. He had a reverse and a left handed finish on a put back. Will had a nice spin move and kick out for an assist on another play. He got out and ran and even stepped outside and hit a face up mid range jumper. Not surprisingly, Will was also good on the boards and showed a good set of hands. He blocked a shot too. It was an outstanding game for this young talented post player.

Vincent Council (2008, 6-0 PG)
Vincent put together a good outing. He's quick and can get into the lane off the dribble. He does a fine job of passing and had several assists on the day. Vincent knocked down a pull up jumper. The talented guard showed great hands too as he pulled down several rebounds.

Julio Rosario (2009, 6-0 PG)
Julio is another quick guard who likes to attack. He possesses a good crossover move. After using the crossover, he converted once on a scoop shot and again on a bank. Julio can drive in either direction. He had several nice passes throughout. He took a rebound and went coast to coast for a lay-up. Julio grabbed several boards on the inside. He did miss on a couple runners. Overall, it was a good game for Julio.

Anthony Mayo (2010, 6-7 PF)
This athletic big man was solid. He blocked a shot and grabbed several rebounds. Right now, that's the strength of his game. On the offensive end, the long and athletic forward had a lay-up.

Reginald Groves (2009, 6-2 PG)
Reginald showed to be a strong point guard with a quick handle. He had a nice drive and scoop finish. He also added in a pair of drive and dish plays. He struggled with a couple turnovers though. Reginald also missed on a couple pull up jumpers.
